Direct Tax return date extended to 4 August 2010

CBDT (Central Board of Direct Tax ) had told that the date of filling returns has been extended to 4 August,2010. This is due to some compliant regarding  uploading of return due to heavy traffic and their are even other reasons.

PE II Course Discountinued by ICAI ( Details)

Students who are waiting for Result Of there PE II exam have a bad news,

if the student has failed in the exam than they are not allowed to go with earlier syllabus as now they have to follow IPCC syllabus and for that they have pay certain fee for new course material, etc.

If the student has passed in PE II exam they can be going with the New Final Syllabus who's exam they can give at the 12 months of there Article-ship.

This News is specially for CPT appeared Student who had not submitted the 12th Mark-Sheet to CPT at the time of registration of CPT.

This is an advise that the above criteria students should provide their 12th Mark-Sheet for Inputting your 12th Details in ICAI systems which can either be Submitted when you would register for IPCC ( As it is compl. that time ) .
