National Committee on Direct Cash Transfers By Prime Minister

The Prime Minister has constituted a coordination committee called the National Committee on Direct Cash Transfers. as a mechanism to coordinate action for the introduction of direct cash transfers to individuals under the various government schemes and programmes.

The National Committee chaired by the Prime Minister will have as its members eleven Cabinet Ministers, two Ministers of State with independent charge, the Deputy Chairman Planning Commission, the Chairman UIDAI, the Cabinet Secretary with the Principal Secretary  to the PM as the convenor. The Prime Minister may invite any other Minister/Officer/Expert to any meeting of the Committee.

REFUND OF STATUTORY FEES BY ROC

It is now Possible to get the Refund of certain situation by the MCA21 ( ROC )
Following are the Situation as Notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs :

(a)  Multiple Payments of Form 1, Form 5;

(b)  Incorrect Payments; and

(c)  Excess Payment.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has decided to refund the statutory fees paid for certain services. Earlier there was no process in MCA21 for refund of fees wrongly paid by the stakeholder while availing various services at MCA 21. New refund e-Form needs to be filed by the stakeholder applying for refund and upon processing of the same the refund request shall be approved or rejected.


Refund process is not applicable for certain services/e-Forms like Public Inspection of documents, Request for Certified Copies, Payment for transfer deeds, Stamp duty fee (D series SRN), IEPF Payment, STP Forms, DIN e-Form, etc.

Fight corruption with the help of Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). If anybody is involved in corrupt practices report it now.

You can use the following options to raise your voice:

• Call to the CVC toll free helpline number: 1800-11-0180 (All India)/011-24651000 (9:30 AM - 6 PM - Monday - Friday)
• Send a blank SMS or "VIGEYE" to 09223174440 to get an SMS containing the registration link in your mobile. You have to register first, before filing a complaint.
• Register your mobile phone directly with the CVC.
• File an online complaint register with CVC.
• Attach audio/video/photo evidence with your online and mobile complaint.

Users can also check the Status of the complaint filed by them with the Commission.

So get ready, be vigilant and take an initiative to fight against corruption.
